1. About RNK Resource

RNK Resource sells digital products, including downloadable PDF planners, checklists, templates, worksheets and organisational toolkits.

All products are supplied digitally unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. We do not ship physical products as part of our standard digital product offering.

Orders are subject to successful payment processing and confirmation. We reserve the right to investigate or cancel an order where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, a material listing error or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been taken for an order we cancel, we will arrange any refund required by law.

Prices and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party providers and is subject to their applicable terms.

5. Digital Delivery and Downloads

After a successful purchase, your digital product will normally be made available through the download method specified at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on payment processing, technical issues and the digital delivery service used.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and using a compatible device and suitable software to open your files.

If you experience a download problem, please contact us so that we can help you access your purchase.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or third-party download services at all times. However, this does not remove any obligation we have to supply the digital content you purchased or affect your statutory rights.

6. Digital Product Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from RNK Resource, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal use, unless the relevant product listing expressly grants additional permissions.

Unless we give you written permission or the product listing expressly allows it, you must not:

Resell, redistribute, share or give away the original digital files.
Upload our files to public websites, file-sharing platforms or download libraries.
Copy, reproduce or republish our products for commercial distribution.
Claim our content or designs as your own.
Remove copyright notices or branding and distribute the files as your own work.
Use our products to create or sell competing digital products based substantially on our original materials.

You may print your purchased worksheets for your own personal use, where the product is designed for printing.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright or other intellectual property rights to you.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on our website and within our digital products—including original text, layouts, designs, graphics, branding and downloadable files—is owned by RNK Resource or used with appropriate permission.

Our content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our brand name, logo, product designs or original content in a way that infringes our rights or suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, they cannot be physically returned.

We generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once digital delivery has begun, where the applicable legal requirements for the loss of the cancellation right have been met.

For immediate digital delivery, the loss of a cancellation right depends on the required express consent and acknowledgement being obtained before supply begins.

If a product is faulty, corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy under applicable law.

Any product you purchase will remain subject to the description and applicable terms of your purchase. We will not use these terms to remove rights you have under consumer law.
